Can I buy a ticket on the day?
If the event isn’t sold out at the time of doors opening there will be some tickets available to purchase at the ticket desk. But to avoid disappointment do purchase your tickets well in advance. Remember you can save up to 35% per adult ticket by doing this.
I have an e-ticket. What do I need to do?
If you purchased a ticket from our Online Shop you will have been sent an e-ticket by email. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) with your confirmation email including the order number, valid ID or proof of address, and entry is yours!
Help! My tickets haven’t arrived!
If you have not received an e-ticket by email, please check your spam folder in the first instance. You can download your tickets at any time by logging in to My Account in the Online Shop where on viewing your order you will find a button to click and download your tickets.
If you are still having trouble then email email@example.com with ‘Ticket not arrived’ in the subject heading. Please be aware that we will be unable to receive/respond to emails after midday on Friday 18th August 2017. Any queries raised after this point may not be resolved, so please bring all correspondence and confirmation emails and we’ll try our best to resolve any issues at the ticket desk.
Please feel free to bring folding chairs and blankets to make your festival experience as comfortable as possible. There will be volunteers, stewards and signs to help you find suitable seating areas.

Toilets will be available in various locations across the festival site.

Full performance times will be on display throughout the festival site and will also appear in the festival programme.
Please note that as this is a live music event the sound levels come with a risk of damage to hearing. Please bring ear defenders with you.
Strobe lighting may be used without warning so please be mindful if you or anyone you are responsible for has a medical condition that can be aggravated by this.
Finally, please be aware that artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
Anti-social or criminal behaviour will not be tolerated, and anyone who is threatening or violent will be escorted from the festival site. Legal action will be taken as appropriate.
Any items we consider to be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated.
