FAQ's

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

If the event isn’t sold out at the time of doors opening there will be some tickets available to purchase at the ticket desk. But to avoid disappointment do purchase your tickets well in advance. Remember you can save up to 35% per adult ticket by doing this.

I have an e-ticket. What do I need to do?

If you purchased a ticket from our Online Shop you will have been sent an e-ticket by email. All you need to do is print it out or bring it on your phone (please ensure the barcode is visible) with your confirmation email including the order number, valid ID or proof of address, and entry is yours!

Help! My tickets haven’t arrived!

If you have not received an e-ticket by email, please check your spam folder in the first instance. You can download your tickets at any time by logging in to My Account in the Online Shop where on viewing your order you will find a button to click and download your tickets. If you are still having trouble then email events@zimfestlive.com with ‘Ticket not arrived’ in the subject heading. Please be aware that we will be unable to receive/respond to emails after midday on Friday 2nd August 2019. Any queries raised after this point may not be resolved, so please bring all correspondence and confirmation emails and we’ll try our best to resolve any issues at the ticket desk.
